Signing up is straightforward. Visit the Holistically Rx website, click on "Book An Appointment," and follow the prompts to enter your personal information and verify your email address.

Once you schedule a visit, a patient portal is automatically created for you, where you can manage your appointments and access your medical records.

On our platform, you can consult with a variety of licensed medical professionals, including primary care physicians, registered nurses, and specialists.

We offer a wide range of services to address your health needs—from general consultations to specialized treatments.

To schedule an appointment, browse through the different services available. Choose a time that fits your schedule and confirm your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with appointment details and instructions for the virtual consultation.

At this time, our doctors are unable to accept medical insurance or flex pay. However, we do accept HSA/FSA accounts.

We take the security and privacy of your personal and medical information very seriously. Our platform uses advanced encryption and secure servers to protect your data. All consultations are confidential, and Holistically Rx complies with HIPAA regulations to ensure your information is safe.

The cost varies depending on the type of consultation you choose. Pricing details are provided when you book an appointment, and you can review all costs before confirming your booking.

Approximately 48 hours before your appointment, you will see an authorization hold by Holistically Rx. This ensures that funds are available for your consultation. You will only be charged if and after you are approved by the doctor.
